Yes, even before Holland.

According to this article, Mexico is quickly becoming the first country in beer exports, after years of increasing their numbers. According to the World Trade Organization, in 2010, Mexico reported foreign sales to be $1.876 million.  Holland came in second with $1.778 million in foreign sales. Grupo Modelo, the brewer of Corona, Modelo and Pacifico, stated that during the first quarterly report of this year, exports were up 14.6 percent from last year.

Mexico, as a strong emerging economy, is improving in all sectors and this is showing in its improved manufacturing capabilities and the increase in demand for its products abroad.
