Whether you’re seriously thinking about opening up shop in Mexico or just want to consider it, here’s the Doing Business 2011, Making a Difference for Entrepreneurs – Mexico  publication.

It’s a copublication of The World Bank and the International Finance Corporation and it has tons of useful information for entrepreneurs looking to start a business in Mexico. It serves the purpose of investigating regulations that enhance business activity and those that constrain it. In it you’ll find that a set of regulations affecting 9 stages of a business’s life are measured: starting a business, dealing with construction permits, registering property, getting credit, protecting investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts and closing a business.
